Return Policy
For a more prompt exchange/refund, please keep your packing slip and
call to obtain a return authorization number.
All returns for refund paid by credit card will receive a credit to the
credit card.
Any questions concerning an exchange/refund should be directed to our
customer service department at 817-431-1273 from 9:00am till 5:00pm
If merchandise you receive is defective, call our customer service
department for instructions.
For a prompt exchange/refund, Contact us for return authorization number.
Make sure to:
- Return in original packaging within 30 days
- Include a copy of the original packing slip ( invoice )
- Note the Return Authorization number on the outside on the packaging*
- No COD's accepted
- Ship it via a traceable method (UPS, FedEx, USPS w/package tracking)
We are unable to process returns on firearms and
ammunition due to liability and safety issues.

Sales Tax
State sales tax is applied to all products
shipped to Texas. Customers not residing in Texas are responsible for any
applicable sales or usage taxes for their state.
Shipping Policy
We offer shipping though USPS and UPS. If you want a tracking
number, please select UPS.
We do not ship any International Orders (Including Puerto Rico, Guam, APOs
and FPOs). This will include orders that have any connection to
International shipments. This goes to both the shipping and billing
addresses. There are no exceptions.
Back Orders
The quantity in stock is listed next to every product we sell. If you order
an item that is not in stock it will be back ordered. Back ordered items can
generally take 2-4 weeks to receive from the manufacturer
Warranties
All warranties are provided by the products
original manufacture. Please refer to the documentation that arrives with
your product for warranties. You can find a complete list of all
manufactures by following the link (View Manufacturers), found on any page
under the Quick Links.
Typographical Errors
Please make sure that there are no typographical errors in your
address or any other information provided. We are not responsible for lost
products in which the wrong shipping address was provided. If for some
reason an item on this site is listed at the wrong price, please feel free
to let us know and we will correct it as soon as possible. Items purchased
at incorrect pricing will be refunded immediately, we have the right to
refuse or cancel any orders placed at incorrect pricing. Refunds will be
made in a return to the credit card used to purchase the item.

of legal age and have no other legal disabilities."
We DO NOT warranty that you may purchase or possess
handgun components, long gun components, or ammunition according to state or
local laws. By agreeing to the terms & conditions, you are stating that you are
of legal age to purchase the components or ammunition. This certifies that you
are an adult and under no legal disability as provided under 18 U.S.C 922D (1) -
(7).
